Who are you? what do you do? tell us everything !

My name is Chiara Padovani, I'm not yet in my thirties (I still have two years to go! 😅). I joined the Otoqi family a month ago as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What are your main tasks ?

Hunting (growing our team by finding the best talent on the market)! My main mission is to find the next Otoqiers, make them fall in love with the Otoqi project and get them on board 😉

What are your main daily challenges ?

The challenge is the daily life of a scout, the right match doesn't often come by itself, you have to find it and court it. That's what I have to do with France, Italy and Germany !

What is your daily gesture for the planet ?

I don't use plastic bags anymore, not even for rubbish (I sometimes regret it when the paper bag breaks, but that's okay!)

The bouncing ball! Maybe it still exists (I'm not that old!) but I'd like to see it again and use it again !
