Who are you? what do you do? tell us everything! 

Olivier Rouy, I look like I'm 39 , but I am actually 49 years old. I have been a Human Resources Director since September 2016.

What are your main tasks?

I take care of all the legal, human and financial aspects. 

What are your main daily challenges? 

I have a lot of them! I recruit new employees. Once that's done, I do everything I can to keep them in the company. I also support the teams. And above all, I take care of the bruises in their souls!

What is your daily gesture for the planet?

I take my bike every day and all year round

If you were not doing this job, what would you do?

I would be Chief Concierge in a Parisian palace, but that's another life!
