I have 5 main missions: Client follow-up, client onboarding management, driver staffing, mission follow-up and also claims follow-up... I don't have time to be bored!
Quels sont tes principaux défis du quotidien ?
I have three main challenges. The first one is to make sure that our drivers take care of the vehicles and deliver them properly. Then I have to satisfy the customers by ensuring a good follow-up of the missions. Finally, I have to maintain a good tripartite relationship between the garages, the dealerships and our drivers.
